Tall Poppies take pride in selecting the freshest, highest quality flowers available, and handling their delivery with utmost care. Customers please note that fresh flowers are living, perishable items with a lifespan that is affected by variable temperature conditions and their environment. Therefore we are unable to offer any specific guarantees on the longevity of flowers beyond time of delivery.
We strongly recommend that any care instructions are followed, and we are always happy to answer your questions regarding care of your product.
Complaints must be received within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund, subject to any faulty goods being returned (at the cost of Tall Poppies).
Existing orders may be cancelled only prior to the product entering our delivery system. Payment for successfully cancelled orders will be refunded minus a $15 administration charge.
